The program

Jules is a personal assistant SMS program for the enrolled owner during a private pilot. Messages include assistant replies, clarifying questions, task status updates, and results related to your requests. Jules may contact a business on your behalf when you ask. There are no marketing or unsolicited messages.

SMS is currently awaiting activation. The instructions below apply once carrier approval and messaging setup are complete. Current availability is shown on the SMS information page.

Enrollment and consent

To enroll when messaging is enabled, text START to +1 628-202-8777. This gives Jules permission to send the program messages described above to the number you text from. Enrollment in this pilot is restricted to the enrolled owner. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies with your requests and the questions and updates needed to handle them. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your mobile carrier about those charges.

Stop, restart, or ask for help

Text STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation, and further program messages will stop. Text START or UNSTOP to subscribe again. Text HELP for support information, or email moona3k@gmail.com.

Delivery and task results

Messages and calls depend on mobile networks and service providers. Delivery may be delayed or fail; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. An assistant update does not guarantee that a business accepted a request or confirmed a reservation. Review Jules's reported result and any confirmation provided by the business.

Privacy

The privacy policy explains how Jules handles contact information, messages, assistant history, and SMS consent. Opting out ends messages but does not automatically delete existing assistant records.
